Suprapubic Liposuction for Penile Length Enhancement

In some men, an excess of fatty tissue in the suprapubic region can partially bury the penis, making it appear shorter than it actually is. This condition can lead to psychological discomfort and personal dissatisfaction.

Suprapubic liposuction, combined with InMode’s AccuTite technology, offers an effective and minimally invasive solution to reshape this area, enhance the visible length of the penis, and boost body confidence. AccuTite uses radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) to remove localized fat while simultaneously tightening the surrounding skin with unmatched precision.

What is suprapubic liposuction with AccuTite?

This is a targeted procedure that removes fat deposits located above the pubic area, combined with skin tightening using radiofrequency energy. The treatment is performed under local anesthesia or light sedation, without the need for major surgery.

Does this procedure actually lengthen the penis?

Physically, the penis is not lengthened, but it becomes more visible. By reducing the fatty tissue that covers it, more of the penile shaft is exposed. The visual gain may vary by a few centimeters depending on the patient’s body type.

What are the advantages of AccuTite technology?

Very small cannula (the finest in the InMode range) for extreme precision
• Minimal tissue trauma
• Simultaneous skin tightening during fat removal
• Faster recovery than traditional liposuction
• Natural and harmonious results

Who is a good candidate for this procedure?

Men with localized fat in the suprapubic area, relatively stable weight, and good skin elasticity are excellent candidates. A personalized medical evaluation is required beforehand.

How long do the results last?

Results are long-lasting as long as the patient maintains a stable weight. The removed fat does not return, although significant weight gain could reduce the effect.

Are there visible scars?

The incisions are very small (a few millimeters) and usually well-hidden in natural skin folds. With proper postoperative care, the marks become nearly invisible.

What is the recovery time?

Most patients can resume light activities after 48 hours and return to work within a few days. However, sexual and intense physical activities should be avoided for about 3 to 4 weeks.

Proper preparation is essential to ensure the success of the procedure and support
optimal recovery. Please follow these instructions before your suprapubic liposuction
with AccuTite:

Shaving the pubic and genital area
• Completely shave the suprapubic region, scrotum, and base of the penis the day before the surgery using a clean razor.
• Avoid irritating or cutting the skin.
• Do not use depilatory creams, which can cause skin reactions.
Stop certain medications
• Anticoagulants, antiplatelets, anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs), and natural supplements like garlic, ginkgo, or omega-3 should be stopped at least 7 days before the procedure, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
• A complete list of medications and supplements must be provided to the medical team during the preoperative consultation.
Other recommendations
• Avoid alcohol 48 hours before the procedure.
• Prepare a support garment (tight boxer briefs or compression wear) for after the surgery.
• Arrange transportation, as you will not be able to drive after the procedure.

Following suprapubic liposuction with AccuTite technology, a period of rest and care is
necessary to ensure proper healing and prevent complications. Please follow these main
guidelines:

Rest and recovery
• Plan for 2 to 3 days of rest at home after the procedure.
• Avoid intense physical activity, sexual intercourse, hot baths, and saunas for
3 to 4 weeks.
• Gentle walking is encouraged starting the next day to promote circulation.
Drainage and dressings
• Light bloody or oily drainage is normal in the first 24 to 48 hours.
• Use absorbent protection (gauze pads or thin sanitary pads) in your
underwear to protect clothing.
• Keep the area clean and dry, and follow the instructions for dressing
changes.
Support garments
• Wear tight-fitting underwear (like snug boxer briefs or compression wear)
for 7 to 10 days, day and night, to reduce swelling and support the treated
area.
Medications
• Take prescribed painkillers or antibiotics as directed.
• Do not resume any anticoagulants or anti-inflammatories without your
doctor’s approval.
Monitoring
• Mild swelling, bruising, and numbness are normal and will gradually
subside.
• Contact the clinic if you experience fever, severe pain, significant redness, or
purulent discharge.
