Cancellation Policy
To ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and to maintain courtesy toward other patients and staff, we ask that you notify us **at least 48 business hours in advance** for appointment changes, **5 business days** for minor in-office surgery changes, and **21 business days** for major surgery changes. If these deadlines are not respected, a **50% cancellation fee** of the service will be charged. You may reschedule your appointment **once without any fee** for medical reasons only.
Rescheduling Appointments:
We understand that unforeseen events may occur and your schedule may change. Therefore, we ask that you provide **at least 24 hours’ notice** for any appointment changes. We will be happy to reschedule another appointment for you. Failure to provide such notice will result in an **additional $100 fee**.
