Labiaplasty and AccuTite®: Female Intimate Contouring and Rejuvenation

Enhance the appearance and harmony of your vulva with a personalized approach

Some women wish to improve the appearance of their intimate area because of asymmetry, excess tissue of the labia minora, or laxity of the vulvar tissues.

At Cliniques Marois, we offer labiaplasty and vulvar tightening with AccuTite®, tailored to each patient’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Our goal is to achieve a natural, balanced, and harmonious appearance while preserving female anatomy.

What is labiaplasty?

Labiaplasty is a female intimate surgery that reduces or reshapes the labia minora when they are enlarged, asymmetrical, or cause discomfort.

This procedure may help:

  • improve the appearance of the vulva;
  • correct visible asymmetry;
  • reduce excess tissue;
  • decrease friction during physical activities;
  • improve comfort in tight-fitting clothing;
  • increase self-confidence.

Each procedure is personalized according to the patient’s anatomy and goals.

What is AccuTite®? HTML

AccuTite® is an advanced radiofrequency technology that tightens tissue without major surgery.

This technology works beneath the skin to:

  • stimulate collagen production;
  • tighten tissues;
  • improve vulvar firmness;
  • redefine contours;
  • promote intimate rejuvenation.

AccuTite® may be used alone or in combination with labiaplasty to optimize aesthetic results.

Who is a good candidate?

You may be a good candidate if you have:

  • prominent labia minora;
  • asymmetry of the vulvar lips;
  • discomfort during exercise;
  • concerns about the appearance of your vulva;
  • age-related tissue laxity;
  • reduced confidence in your intimate appearance.

A medical consultation will help determine the most appropriate treatment for your situation.

Why combine AccuTite® and labiaplasty?

For some patients, reducing the labia minora alone may not achieve the desired result.

Combining labiaplasty with AccuTite® may:

  • improve vulvar contours;
  • tighten the surrounding tissues;
  • create a smoother, more harmonious transition;
  • reduce signs of laxity;
  • optimize the overall appearance of the intimate area.

What are the benefits of female intimate contouring?

Patients frequently seek treatment to:

Improve comfort

  • less friction;
  • less irritation;
  • greater comfort in tight-fitting clothing.

Correct asymmetry

Some women naturally have labia minora of different sizes.

Restore a more harmonious intimate silhouette

Intimate surgery and tightening treatments may help improve vulvar proportions and contours.

Improve personal confidence

Many patients report feeling more comfortable with their intimate appearance after complete healing.

How is the procedure performed?

Consultation and assessment

The physician performs a comprehensive assessment and discusses:

  • your concerns;
  • your expectations;
  • realistic results;
  • the available techniques.

Procedure

Depending on the treatment plan:

  • a labiaplasty may be performed;
  • AccuTite® may be used to tighten specific areas;
  • both techniques may be combined.

Returning home

The treatments are performed on an outpatient basis and generally allow patients to return home the same day.

What results can I expect, and are they permanent?

The intended results include:

  • more harmonious labia minora;
  • improved symmetry;
  • more defined contours;
  • firmer tissues;
  • a younger-looking, more balanced vulvar area.

The results continue to evolve throughout the healing period. They are generally long-lasting, but the tissues continue to undergo the natural aging process.

Preoperative preparation

  • Hair in the treatment area must be shaved—not waxed or chemically removed—two days before the procedure. Any jewelry in the treatment area must be removed.
  • It is preferable to empty your bladder before the procedure.
  • Avoid blood thinners such as aspirin throughout the treatment period, if medically appropriate and with your physician’s approval. Blood thinners increase the likelihood of bruising.

Recovery and healing

After the procedure, it is normal to experience:

  • swelling;
  • temporary tenderness;
  • bruising;
  • a sensation of tightness in the treated area.

Following the postoperative recommendations helps promote optimal healing and reduce the risk of complications.
