Are you concerned about a test that has been canceled due the present context? Wondering when and how the treatment you should receive will take place? Do you need to have a prescription renewed? You will need to have access to a computer or a tablet, with microphone and camera. If this is not possible, you will be offered a telephone consultation.<\/li>\n<li>Once your account has been created, our staff will send you by email various documents to be signed electronically; consent, general information, etc. Once everything is completed, they will offer you a virtual an appointment with one of our urologists.<\/li>\n<li>As in an in-person consultation, you will have to explain your symptoms and how they affect your life. Your urologist will question you more specifically, and may also conduct a visual examination.
